The data we collect is used strictly for the purpose of executing our services. We use your contact information to communicate with you about your quote, clarify engineering details, and send important updates regarding your project's status. We use your uploaded files exclusively for project evaluation, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) checks, and physical assembly/production. We do not sell your personal data or project files to third parties.

In order to operate our platform securely and efficiently, we rely on established third-party infrastructure providers. These services process data on our behalf:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: Used for secure database storage (Firestore), file uploads (Cloud Storage), and user authentication.
• Resend: Used for processing and delivering transactional emails, such as quote confirmations and status notifications.

These third parties are bound by strict security protocols and are only authorized to use your information as necessary to provide their specific services to us.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your contact data and project files for as long as necessary to provide our services and support future manufacturing runs. We store this data on secure, industry-standard servers (via Google Cloud). Upon written request, you have the right to ask us to permanently delete your project files and personal data from our systems, barring any information required to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
