Applications & Industries
Hardware manufacturing for specialized sectors.
We focus on technical products, high-reliability design constraints, and low-to-mid volume manufacturing where precision outranks scaling to a million units.
Supported Sectors
Aerospace & Defense
Support for harsh-environment electronics, high-reliability requirements, flight control peripherals, and defense-focused computing modules.
Industrial & Automation
Manufacturing runs for programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor drivers, industrial sensor nodes, and factory floor DAQ systems.
Medical Devices
Prototype and low-volume production for instrumentation, diagnostic peripherals, embedded monitors, and non-implantable healthcare electronics.
Robotics & Embedded Systems
Assembly for autonomous mobility platforms, computer vision processing boards, sensor fusion suites, and actuator control interfaces.
Energy & Power Systems
Fabrication and assembly of heavy-copper boards for battery management systems (BMS), solar inverters, and power distribution units.
Telecommunications
Support for RF layout, base station networking hardware, custom modems, and signal processing backplanes.
Consumer Electronics
Early-stage prototype scaling for wearables, audio interfaces, custom HID devices, and smart-home integration hardware.
Automotive Electronics
Prototype and subsystem builds for 12V/24V environments, CAN-bus integration modules, telematics trackers, and ruggedized dashboard electronics.
Test & Measurement Equipment
Engineering and assembly of high-precision benchtop calibrators, custom oscilloscopes, automated test equipment (ATE), and bed-of-nails fixtures.
Common Applications
We frequently handle dense, sensitive, and specialized PCBA designs rather than simple commercial electronics. Examples of hardware circulating through our facility include:
- Motor Controllers (BLDC / Stepper)
- Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Custom Computer on Modules (COMs)
- Data Acquisition (DAQ) Boards
- FPGA Development/Breakout Boards
- Automotive CAN/LIN Gateways
- RF & SDR Transceivers
- Industrial Sensor Hubs
Aerospace, Defense & ITAR Requirements
We understand the data handling rigor required by defense prime contractors and aerospace startups. We operate fully within the United States.
If your project falls under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) or EAR export controls, please specify this prior to sending any technical data. We can establish secure file transfer protocols and siloed engineering review processes. Currently, we operate as an ITAR-aware facility; any necessary formal certifications required by your contract flow-downs will be evaluated on a per-project basis.
Why engineering teams choose us
We approach manufacturing from an engineering perspective, drastically reducing the friction between designing a board in CAD and getting a functional product in an enclosure.
No Black Boxes
We provide complete transparency into parts sourcing, DFM challenges, and process yields. If a component is problematic, you will know immediately.
Technical Collaboration
You communicate direct lines with engineers who understand board stackups, not customer service reps reading scripts.
Focus on Function
Our goal isn't just to drop parts onto pads—it's to deliver working hardware that boots reliably under real-world constraints.
Does your hardware fit these profiles?
Provide us with your initial files and requirements, and we'll evaluate your project for DFM and provide a clear quote.
