Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers regarding our manufacturing process, requirements, and engineering capabilities.

What files do you need to start a project?

To provide an accurate quote and begin manufacturing, we typically need a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel/CSV format (including manufacturer part numbers), standard Gerber files or ODB++ packages, and centroid (Pick and Place) data. If you are requesting engineering or layout services, schematics or a detailed project scope will suffice.

What are your typical lead times?

Lead times vary depending on component availability, board complexity, and the current production schedule. Generally, after all parts are received at our facility, prototyping runs take 1-2 weeks, while larger production runs take 3-5 weeks. We will provide a specific estimated lead time with your individual quote.

Do you support low-volume production?

Yes. We specialize in helping teams scale from their very first 5-board prototype run up to mid-volume production batches (10,000+ units). We do not require massive minimum order quantities (MOQs), making us an ideal partner for hardware startups and specialized industrial applications.

Can you help with design issues?

Absolutely. We are engineers first. Unlike black-box contract manufacturers, we perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews up front. If we spot footprint mismatches, obsolete components, or layout issues that will cause assembly problems, we will pause and help you correct them before manufacturing begins.

What industries do you support?

We build electronics for a wide variety of sectors, including Automotive (12V/24V systems), Consumer Electronics, Industrial IoT, Automation, and bespoke Test Equipment. If it involves a printed circuit board, we can likely manufacture it.
